Jian Wei, an accomplished film director and scriptwriter, brings a wealth of experience and international exposure to our team. By collaborating with AOTO virtual production, he understands the tremendous possibilities that XR production can offer and how it can change the film industry. Jian Wei has also made significant contributions to the industry, including working alongside Alex Jia, a renowned scriptwriter in China, on a feature film script. His involvement in the script for the movie 'Ying Zi Wang' led to international acclaim, winning the prestigious Venture Gold Award in Beijing and Xi’an.
Furthermore, Jian Wei has demonstrated his versatility in scriptwriting and concept art through projects like 'Metal Gods' under W Animation and 'Spitfire' under Say Sheji Group Sdn Bhd. His talent extends beyond film, with his short sci-fi/fantasy stories receiving recognition and being shortlisted for the L. Ron Hubbard Writers of the Future award. Additionally, he has showcased his skills in copywriting for commercials, social media events, and content writing for arts and culture publications. Jian Wei's expertise also extends to subtitle translations for various projects, such as the movie "Rise: Ini Kalilah.“ With a deep passion for creating meaningful stories that resonate with viewers, Jian Wei is a young and talented director and scriptwriter.

Jan Heinze is a highly experienced professional with a remarkable 21-year career in the entertainment, visual effects, and creative industries. Having served as a senior designer and media producer for PIXOMONDO, a leading global VFX company, and as Chief Operating Officer for China, he possesses a wealth of expertise in establishing VFX facilities and developing production processes and standards. Jan played a key role in overseeing the development of PIXOMONDO's facilities in Shanghai and Beijing, ensuring seamless operations across their 12+ global locations.
Jan has served as a VFX producer, executive producer, and supervisor on numerous prestigious projects, including "2012", "Sucker Punch", "Fast 5", "Game of Thrones", "Midway", and "The Mandalorian". Notably, his work includes contributing to the Oscar-winning VFX of "Hugo" and collaborating on renowned Chinese productions such as Feng XiaoGang's "Only the Cloud Knows", "Gone with the Wind", "Wandering Earth", "Pegasus", and "Shadow". Jan is also recognized as an official lecturer certification examiner (AAI certification) and holds the Maya international certification lecturer qualification.
